Hello,
I’m Amanda Namayi

I am a global moderator, speaker, and advocate for Zero Hunger and Climate Action. My passion lies in creating meaningful conversations that move us from dialogue to action — ensuring that communities everywhere are part of shaping the future they deserve.

My journey into global advocacy began with a simple but powerful conviction: every voice matters. Whether it’s a farmer working to feed their community, a young innovator rethinking agriculture through technology, or a policymaker drafting international agreements — all these voices must be heard, connected, and empowered.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of moderating and speaking at some of the world’s most influential platforms — from the World Food Forum – FAO to the Africa Food Systems Forum, the UN Committee on World Food Security (CFS), and the UN Climate Change Conferences (COP). These opportunities have allowed me to connect grassroots realities to global stages, bridging gaps that too often leave communities behind.

What I Believe In

I believe that change happens at the intersection of dialogue and action.

When we talk about ending hunger, it’s not just about food — it’s about dignity, equity, and opportunity.

When we talk about climate action, it’s about survival, innovation, and justice.

When we talk about youth leadership, it’s about creating space for the next generation to drive bold, transformative ideas.
