This roundtable explores how the private sector can play a pivotal role in supporting youth-led innovation through the adoption of new practices and technologies, aiming for systemic change. Through a fishbowl format, the in-person audience can engage with panelists throughout the session.

The intergenerational session will bring together representatives and young changemakers and chefs from Japan to understand the tradition of Japanese food and its health benefits. Furthermore, it aims to shed light on youth’s role in applying the good practices of Washoku in other cultures.
